Aprilia India has introduced the all new Aprilia SXR GT range in 125cc and 175cc versions, bringing updated engines, bold graphics, larger 14 inch wheels and new technology to its premium scooter line-up. The Aprilia SXR GT is positioned for riders who want a scooter for everyday city use as well as occasional longer rides. The two versions share the range’s urban touring design, but differ in engine output, instrument display and braking equipment. Here is a closer look at each variant, followed by the key specifications and features.
Aprilia SXR GT 125 in White
The Aprilia SXR GT 125 is offered in Glossy White, alongside Matte Black and Glossy Azzurro. It uses a 124.45cc air cooled, single cylinder engine and gets a 5 inch LCD instrument display. Its front braking setup includes a 220mm disc with CBS, supported by a 140mm rear drum brake.

Aprilia SXR GT 175 in Black
The Aprilia SXR GT 175 is the flagship version, powered by a 174.7cc engine producing 9.76 kW at 7,200 rpm and 14.14 Nm at 6,000 rpm. The Matte Black colour option gives this variant a restrained look, while the 175 also comes with a 5 inch TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, music and call management, and navigation features.

Aprilia SXR GT 175 in Green
The SXR GT 175 is also available in Matte Green, with graphics intended to give the scooter a distinct road presence. Mechanically, it shares the 175cc hp-e engine and the flagship variant’s technology and braking package.

What’s New Across the Aprilia SXR GT Range?
The new range focuses on design, performance and touring usability. Both versions get 14 inch wheels and the signature Tripod LED front light. Aprilia says the larger wheel setup is intended to contribute to a more planted stance and a smoother ride over varied road surfaces.
The 175cc version adds a 5 inch TFT screen with Bluetooth, music and call management, plus navigation and turn by turn directions. The 125cc version uses a 5 inch LCD display.
The variants also differ in braking: the 175 has front wheel ABS, while the 125 uses CBS.
